Our services

Momentum Pilates offers Pilates group classes, private and semi-private appointments, Fascia Stretch Therapy, virtual classes, and video on demand. Sessions, passes, and memberships are booked and managed through the WellnessLiving platform, embedded in this website and available through the Momentum Pilates mobile app. Service descriptions, schedules, and prices shown on this site may change; the details presented at the time of booking apply.

Bookings, cancellations & purchases

Booking, cancellation, late-arrival, and refund policies are managed through WellnessLiving and presented when you book or purchase. These policies may change from time to time. For the current cancellation windows or questions about a purchase, please review your booking confirmation, check your WellnessLiving account, or contact the studio, and we are happy to help.

Assumption of risk & fitness disclaimer

The services offered at Momentum Pilates are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any Pilates, stretching, or other exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have any other medical concern. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree that you do so voluntarily. You may be asked to complete an intake or waiver form before your first session.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Momentum Pilates Inc or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Video on demand content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed.

Third-party links & widgets

This website embeds booking tools operated by WellnessLiving Systems Inc. and links to third-party services such as Google Maps, app stores, and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
